30-day "Try It in Session" guarantee
The Play Therapy Room is a digital product. Use it with real clients for 30 days. If it doesn't make your sessions and notes easier, ask for a full refund between day 30 and day 60.
Watch the lessons, run the activities, use the templates and the tools in your sessions for 30 days. If it's not for you, write to theplaytherapyroom@outlook.com any time between day 30 and day 60 after your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no forms.
The refund window
- Day 1 to day 29: we ask you to try the product in session first. If something doesn't work (a file won't open, a video won't play, a tool won't load), write to us and we'll help you fix it.
- Day 30 to day 60 after your purchase: refund requests are accepted. Send one email with your order number (or the email you used at checkout) and we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
- After day 60: requests are not covered by the guarantee.
Good to know
- Nothing ships, so there is nothing to send back.
- After a refund, your license to use the course, activities, templates and tools ends: please delete the files.
